BioTE Holdings, LLC, (Biote), a high-growth, differentiated medical practice-building business within the hormone optimization space (“Biote”), and Haymaker Acquisition Corp. III (Nasdaq: HYAC) (“Haymaker”), a special purpose acquisition company, today announced that they have entered into a definitive business combination agreement.
