Marcos Ikeda, MD

Dr. Marcos Ikeda is a highly skilled obstetrician, gynecologist and cosmetic surgeon dedicated to providing the best care to patients of all backgrounds. His expertise, compassion and personality will attend the healthcare needs in all stages of women’s life.

Dr. Ikeda graduated in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the prestigious University of Miami – Jackson Memorial Hospital residency program. In 2010, he joined Women’s Clinic of South Texas, one of the largest centers of obstetrics, gynecology and urinary incontinence in Texas. He delivered over 2,000 babies and helped many patients with gynecological problems including bleeding, pain, menopause, urinary incontinence, infertility and sexual dysfunction. He is also certified in Da Vinci Robotics Surgery.

Claudia Majano, FNP-C

Claudia obtained her nursing degree from Prairie View A&M in 2011 and began her nursing career as a Labor and Delivery nurse. She has always had a passion for Women’s Health and Obstetrics. She labored many women and helped deliver many babies, until she realized the lack of Spanish-speaking providers in this field and decided to go back to school. She became a full-time student at Prairie View A&M in the Family Nurse Practitioner program, while she worked at Dr. Ikeda’s practice as an obstetrics nurse. In 2019, she graduated with honors as a Family Nurse Practitioner and joined Dr. Ikeda’s practice as a Nurse Practitioner. Her main goal in her current role is to educate pregnant women about their pregnancy and empowering them for their labor process. As a provider, she is completely fluent in Spanish and is able to communicate with our Spanish-speaking population. During her spare time she likes to spend time with her family, she is a mother of 3 and has been married for over 15 years.
