Melissa Bailey, MD

Dr. Melissa Bailey completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Georgia Baptist Medical Center, in Atlanta, Georgia, where she served as chief resident in her fourth year. Upon graduation, she received the J. Marion Sims award for excellence in gynecologic surgery. Dr. Bailey was awarded her doctor of medicine degree from the University Of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, Texas. As a medical student, she performed research on life developmental delays suffered by low birth weight and premature birth.

Dr. Bailey completed her undergraduate studies at the University Of Texas, at Austin, with a Bachelor Of Arts Degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She is a graduate of Lewisville High School and is a current resident of Frisco, Texas with her husband, John, also a physician, and her two children, Wesley and Sarah. After having a private practice in Atlanta, Georgia for five years, Dr. Bailey recently moved back to the North Dallas area. She and her husband enjoy being close to family and friends and raising their children in our fabulous community. Joining her best friend, Dr. Leslie Welborne, in practice, has been a life long dream. Together, they look forward to providing compassionate, comprehensive, and state of the art medical care to the women in this community.

Leslie S. Welborne, MD

Dr. Leslie S. Welborne, who is originally from the metroplex, was happy to return to the North Dallas area, after completing her residency at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. She was awarded her doctor of medicine degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, where she met her best friend and partner, Dr Melissa Bailey. Dr. Welborne received her undergraduate degree in chemical engineering, from the University of Arizona, after graduating from J. J. Pearce High School, in Richardson, Texas.

Although Dr. Welborne has been practicing in the Collin County area since 1999, she was so excited to have the opportunity to become a member of the Frisco healthcare community, in 2004. She lives in Frisco with her husband, Patrick and sons Brittan and Kieran. She is happy to be serving this great community. Her goal is to promote a friendly and caring environment, while offering the women of our community a full range of obstetrics and gynecology.

Arden Moulin, NP, RN, WHNP

Arden Moulin is a native-born Texan. She has lived in the greater North Texas area most of her life. She graduated from Plano Senior High School. In high school Arden started working at Medical City Dallas as a Physical Therapy tech and has been working in healthcare ever since. She received her registered nurse (RN) degree in 1987. As an RN she worked in the maternal child areas for 7 years. Those areas included Pediatrics, Pediatric ICU and Neonatal ICU. In 1995 she received her Women’s Healthcare Nurse Practitioners Certification degree from UT Southwestern Medical School.

Since graduating Arden has served on the North Texas March of Dimes Grant Committee for 2 years, has been an Implanon instructor, and a Nurse Practitioner clinical preceptor for Women’s Healthcare & Family Practice students. She has practiced in offices located in HEB, Grapevine and Flower Mound.

Arden’s areas of interest include gynecology, obstetrics, urogynecology, osteoporosis prevention & intervention, perimenopause, and menopause. She is BioTE trained and has a good understanding of the healthcare challenges in midlife. Along with caring for women Arden enjoys working with adolescents because of her background in pediatric care. In the past 20 plus years as a Nurse Practitioner she has cared for patients from 10 to 95 years of age. Arden believes that women need to participate in their evidence-based health care options and choices.

Outside of work Arden’s interest include organic gardening, tending to her backyard chickens, 18th-century rug hooking, and enjoying her grandchildren. Arden lives in Flower Mound with her husband and attends a local Methodist Church. She has been on medical mission trips to the Amazon and Honduras.
