After being involved in large group practices for 20 years, Dr. Baird opened his solo practice in the summer of 2009. Located in the east Carrollton/west Plano area, he is easily accessible from all areas in the north Dallas to Mid-Cities area. Born in Texas, and raised in several states (but mostly in Texas), he and his family made north Texas their home in 2002. Along with practicing routine Family Medicine, he became involved in aesthetic medicine in 2005. He widened his scope of practice in the fall of 2013 when he became a BioTE Certified Medical Practitioner and began administering bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. He has first hand knowledge of the benefits of receiving BHRT as he actively trains in Tae Kwon Do, currently holding the rank of second degree black belt. He also enjoys running. Dr. Baird and his wife of 31 years, Pam, are active in their church. They also enjoy spending time with their three children.
Celia Dolinta, DNP, RN, WHNP-BC, as a Nurse Practitioner she has a diverse background in women””s health and anti-aging. She is trained in women””s health, sexual health, and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BioTE). Her training also includes Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) procedures including the O-Shot, P-Shot, Vampire FaceLift, Vampire Facial and medical injectables including Botox and dermal fillers.
Dr. Dolinta completed her Women””s Health Nurse Practitioner Certification at the University of Texas Southwestern in 2001, and her Doctor of Nurse Practice (DNP) at the Texas Women””s University in 2014.
Amy Haddad, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a certified nurse practitioner focusing in sexual health, wellness and aesthetics. She is trained in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, PRP therapy, injectables and more. She has extensive experience in women’s health having trained at the Women’s Wellness Institute of Dallas and prior to that at North Texas Plastic Surgery. Amy strives to bring a professional and consistent approach to an ever-evolving specialty.
Prior to pursuing her career as a nurse practitioner, Amy was a Division 1 NCAA soccer player for the University of Kansas where she graduated with Academic All Big 12 First Team honors with a degree in Community Health.
She then returned to her home state where she completed her degree in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma. After moving to DFW in 2015, she received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Amy resides in Arlington, Texas with her husband Cameron and Australian Shepherd Sylas. They are involved in the Arlington Margarita Society and enjoy giving their time to local community causes.
