He earned his doctorate degree in medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center and completed his residency in family Practice at Southwest Memorial Hospital. Dr. Stokes is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He stays on the cutting edge of the latest advancements in family medical care through continuing education courses and by maintaining memberships with prestigious organizations such as the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Medical Association, and Texas Academy of Family Physicians. He also serves as a clinical instructor at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.

April Daniel, NP is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
She practiced as an RN for 20 years in the Houston area before obtaining her master’s degree from The University of Texas at Arlington.
As a nurse practitioner, April continues to use her skills and strengths as a nurse, but now is qualified to diagnose and treat many acute and chronic diseases.
April enjoys focusing on wellness and prevention for all patients.
She loves educating her patients and providing tools to improve their overall wellness and long term outcomes.
April has 2 children, her daughter has Down Syndrome and she advocates for acceptance and inclusion in the community.
Her son is pursuing his college degree in communications.
April enjoys cooking and relaxing outside while watching the local wildlife on her property.
