Amy Haddad, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a certified nurse practitioner focusing in sexual health, wellness and aesthetics. She is trained in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, PRP therapy, injectables and more. She has extensive experience in women’s health having trained at the Women’s Wellness Institute of Dallas and prior to that at North Texas Plastic Surgery. Amy strives to bring a professional and consistent approach to an ever-evolving specialty.

Prior to pursuing her career as a nurse practitioner, Amy was a Division 1 NCAA soccer player for the University of Kansas where she graduated with Academic All Big 12 First Team honors with a degree in Community Health.

She then returned to her home state where she completed her degree in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma. After moving to DFW in 2015, she received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Amy resides in Arlington, Texas with her husband Cameron and Australian Shepherd Sylas. They are involved in the Arlington Margarita Society and enjoy giving their time to local community causes.
