Theresa Stretch, MD

Dr. Theresa Stretch is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. She was born and raised in Texas and is a magna cum laude graduate of Incarnate Word College in San Antonio where she earned a B.S. in Biology.

She achieved her medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. Following medical school Dr. Stretch completed an internship in Preliminary Medicine at John Sealy Hospital, Galveston. Her education was completed with an Internal Medicine Residency at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas.

Dr. Stretch lives in Dalworthington Gardens with her husband and children. She is the founder of Pleasant Ridge Internal Medicine. She built her practice with a specific vision, designing everything from the layout of the building to the interior with her patients’ care and comfort in mind.

Dr. Stretch is a member of the American College of Physicians, The Texas Medical Association, and the Tarrant County Medical Society.
