Dr. Fraioli received his BA from the University of Vermont in 1987 followed by a DO degree from the University of New England in 1987 where he finished an award for finishing first in his class. Subsequently he completed a residency and became certified in Family Practice which he has practiced since 1989. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the Rhode Island Society of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons. He is certified in BioTE Medical bioidentical hormone pellet replacement therapy and founder of the Ocean State Rejuvenation Center.
