Marisa Faircloth, PA-C

A graduate of Wake Forest University’s Bowman Gray School of Medicine’s Physician Assistant Program, Marisa is a seasoned professional who has dedicated more than 35 years of her health care career toward medical aesthetics, plastic surgery and weight loss.

During the early years of her career, she had the good fortune to work with some of the best plastic surgeons in the region. She thought then what she knows now, that less-invasive procedures are perfect for people who don’t want or need a drastic change to their overall appearance.

Marisa passionately describes her mission: “My calling and my God-given gift is to uncover the hidden beauty in each person who walks through my doors.” Her years of experience and devotion to her work make her a sought-after injector of Botox, Juvéderm, Voluma, Volbella, Vollure, and Kybella. She is credentialed as a Master Level Injector and is also awarded Diamond Status with Allergan, placing her among the top three percent (3%) of injectors in the nation.

She is known for her “excellent eye” and is well versed in the use of CoolSculpting, Ultherapy, lasers, radio frequency, and much more. She also has extensive experience in weight loss, having owned four weight loss clinics and implemented weight loss programs for 20 medical clinics. Her goal is to restore the beauty that is within and discover the best non-invasive procedures. She creates a customized treatment plan for each client during their complimentary consultation.

Marisa was born in Guatemala and raised in Pakistan, relocated to Deerfield, Illinois before moving to New York. Marisa fell in love with the Triad while attending Wake Forest University and she never left. She is married to Robby Faircloth, Pastor of Hope Christian fellowship in Greensboro, N.C. She has four children, Korban, Kaleb, Faith, and Hope.

Elizabeth Boles Blankenship, PA-C

After graduating from Wake Forest University in 2004, Elizabeth earned her Master’s degree in medical science from Wake’s Physician Assistant program. She went on to work in plastic and reconstructive surgical centers for more than ten years. In addition to being an expert in such innovative treatment options as radiofrequency for skin tightening and fat reduction, she has acquired many years using multiple lasers for skin tightening, pigment reduction, lesion excisions, and laser hair removal. She’s an expert injector and has completed advanced training in Ultherapy. She possesses extensive knowledge in Bio-identical Hormone treatments, and she is credentialed to provide CoolSculpting treatments. When she isn’t working, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband, Kevin, and two children, Nora and Alex.

Allison Brewer, MLP-NP

A self-described full-on nerd, Allison says she “geeks out” at a moment’s notice over science and technology. That’s one of the reasons she is a perfect fit in her role at Restoration MedSpa, which she began in November 2019. She gets really excited about the latest innovations and technologies available in the world of minimally invasive aesthetic procedures. A graduate of Duke University, Allison enjoys customizing and tailoring treatments for her clients, taking into consideration the best options for their unique needs. Allison grew up in North Wilkesboro but moved to Winston-Salem after college to work for Wake Forest Baptist Health. Before landing in the world of aesthetic, she worked in urgent care and family medicine. During her free time, she enjoys a good true crime novel. She now lives in Lexington with husband Brent, daughter Jenna, son Jackson, and poodle Wally.
