Shelley Otoupalik, APRN

Shelley is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, as well as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Viterbo College in LaCrosse, WI and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of WI-Eau Claire, Graceland University, and Texas Tech. Shelley was a Life Flight Nurse / Paramedic and Emergency Department Nurse for 18 years prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner in 2000. She was the Trauma Nurse Practitioner at St. Patrick Hospital and an ER Nurse Practitioner at St. Joseph Hospital in Polson, as well as providing part-time coverage in the emergency rooms in Dillon, Hardin, Deer Lodge, Anaconda, Phillipsburg, and Superior. In 2011, Shelley trained at Esthetic Skin Institute and opened RejuveCare Clinic. While injecting all around Western Montana in RejuveCare’s beginning years, Shelley became a medical aesthetic expert and managed to grow RejuveCare exponentially.

Dori Campbell, MSN, APRN

Dori is a former military officer who has lived all around the world but feels the Flathead Valley is truly home. She has worked in Medical-Surgical, Long Term Care, Emergency Room, Labor and Delivery. Dori has always been interested in Women’s Health, and is a certified breastfeeding counselor. Dori believes that aging is inevitable, but suffering is optional. She would love to help relieve your symptoms of menopause or testosterone deficiency with plant based bio-identical hormone replacement. Dori can help you achieve the look you desire with injectables or laser treatments. Dori has two daughters and two sons, she is happily married and loves to scuba dive, kayak, and RV around the country with her husband and two Rottweilers.

Ka Moua, APRN

Ka is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Montana State University-Bozeman, MT and Master of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University-Spokane, WA. She has worked at Advanced Pain & Spine Institute of Montana and Dept. of Veteran’s Affair Clinic in Missoula, MT and Hamilton, MT. She is currently employed full-time at Consumer Direct Care Network – Home Health & Hospice and part-time at RejuveCare. Her areas of interest include wellness, medical aesthetics, palliative and hospice care. Ka specializes in chronic pain management providing trigger point injections, percutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (PENS treatment), joint injections, Botox for chronic migraines and TMJ.

Jodi Jeakins-Kok, APRN

Jodi is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and Medical Aesthetic Specialist. Her undergraduate training is from Montana State University. She became a Nurse Practitioner in 1992, graduating from UCLA. She is currently employed full-time at the University of Montana Curry Health Center and part-time at RejuveCare. Jodi specializes in women’s health, FemiLift vaginal rejuvenation, bio-identical hormone replacement, and acne treatment plans.

Becky Clizbe, NP

Becky is a native Montanan and Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Associate of Science in Nursing in 2005 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012 from Salish Kootenai College near her birthplace in rural Montana. She was recruited as a pre-graduate nurse and proudly worked as a float nurse specialist and Clinical Informaticist at St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, MT.

She earned her Master””s of Science in Nursing through Gonzaga University in 2014. She was invited and joined the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing Sorority, which promotes excellence in Global Nursing Leadership and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She currently works full-time with Tribal Health now in her fifth year, practicing primary care, and part-time with RejuveCare Clinic and Medical Spa in Missoula, MT.
