M. Bradley Calobrace, MD, FACS M. Bradley Calobrace, MD, FACS Dr. Calobrace is a graduate of Indiana University Medical School and completed residencies in both General Surgery and Plastic Surgery at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Subsequently, he completed a cosmetic and breast surgery fellowship with Dr. G. Patrick Maxwell and began practice in Louisville, Kentucky in 1997. He has dual clinical faculty appointments with the Departments of Plastic Surgery, at the University of Louisville and the University of Kentucky and received teaching honors in 2007, 2011, 2014, 2015 and 2016. Dr. Calobrace is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and member of American Society of Plastic Surgeons and American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He has a thriving cosmetic surgery practice, performing approximately 1000 major cosmetic procedures each year, including facial surgery, body contouring, breast surgery, hair transplantation and post-bariatric rejuvenation. Dr. Calobrace is considered one of the leaders in the field of cosmetic breast surgery today in the United States performing over 400 breast surgeries per year. He has participated in multiple FDA clinical breast studies and has been a consultant and speaker for Allergan, Mentor and Sientra. Dr. Calobrace lectures extensively in the US and Internationally, is an ASAPS visiting professor, performed live surgery at the 2009, 2014 and 2016 at the Atlanta Breast Symposium and has published extensively on the subject of aesthetic breast surgery .

Chet Mays, MD Dr. Chet Mays, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic surgery procedures for the breasts and body, and was selected by Dr. Bradley Calobrace to join CaloAesthetics ® Plastic Surgery Center

in 2016.

After completing an undergraduate degree at the University Of Louisville (summa cum laude) and a medical degree (cum laude) at the University Of Louisville School Of Medicine, Dr. Mays moved to New York to continue his education and training at the University Of Rochester. He completed a 6-year integrated plastic surgery residency, training under surgeons from such prestigious institutions as Johns Hopkins, NYU, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, MD Anderson Cancer Center, and Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital. Working alongside them gave Dr. Mays a well-rounded experience that prepared him well for the distinct challenges and rewards of plastic surgery. The unique curriculum of an integrated plastic surgery residency also afforded Dr. Mays the rare opportunity to begin his training as a plastic surgeon from the very first day. Dr. Mays performs a range of procedures, with a focus on facial aesthetics surgery, breast reconstruction, breast enhancement and body contouring. Dr. Mays is a compassionate physician who strives to provide the best result for his patients, and he understands that the best result comes from collaboration between patient and surgeon. Every patient has a personal vision, and Dr. Mays works to bring that vision to life. Blending traits of the artist and the innovator, Dr. Mays looks to provide his patients with the improvements they are seeking, while offering his own perspective on each patient’s aesthetic ideal. Bethany Shively, APRN, DNP, FNP-C Bethany Shively is a Louisville native and Nurse Practitioner at CaloAesthetics ® Plastic Surgery Center

in Louisville, KY. She began her career in 2011, serving as a medical-surgical and operating room nurse before joining the practice in 2013. She completed two years as an operating room nurse before transitioning to the role of Nurse Practitioner. Bethany completed her Doctor of Nursing practice and Master of Science in Nursing with a 4.0 from the Medical University of South Carolina, after obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Kentucky University. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is passionate about providing holistic care and prevention of disease through bioidentical hormone replacement.

Kaitlyn Hicks is a born and raised Louisvillian and a nurse practitioner at Calo Aesthetics Plastic Surgery Center. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she began working as a nurse in 2011 in critical care and then a trauma emergency room. After she graduated from Bellarmine University with her family nurse practitioner degree and became certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, she worked in dermatology and cosmetic research prior to joining the team at Calo Aesthetics Plastic Surgery Center. Kaitlyn is passionate about caring for a person’s complete wellbeing, focusing on a more holistic approach to care, which is what was so appealing to her about the BioTE program. Outside of the office, Kaitlyn’s loves include spending time with her loved ones, traveling the world, blogging, trying new restaurants and playing tennis.
