Christina Bennett is a masters prepared advanced practice nurse who has earned certifications as an Adult, Gerontologic Primary Care Nurse Practitioner as well as a Nurse-Midwife, BioTE Medicine certified provider, and an Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Purdue University with a major in nursing in 1996. In 1998, she obtained her Master of Science with specialization in Nurse-Midwifery from Marquette University. Her Post Master’s Certificate was earned from Indiana University School of Nursing in 2014. Christina Bennett has been an advanced practice nurse for over 21 years.
From her roots in Nurse-Midwifery, Christina believes in the body’s ability to perform optimally given guidance and natural intervention. This led to her study of functional medicine. Through functional medicine, Christina helps her patients find the root cause of their various symptoms. She specialized in treating thyroid and adrenal dysfunction, gastrointestinal imbalances and male and female hormone imbalances.
