Kristina Smith is a certified family nurse practitioner. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2010. She is certified to provide the BioTE method of pellet hormone therapy. She moved Summer 2019 with her family from North Alabama to the Freeport area.
