Rachele Salter F.N.P has been acting in a nursing capacity for ten years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Denver School of Nursing in December of 2006. She then decided to go back to school to be a Family Nurse Practitioner, which she completed in 2015 at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs. She is so passionate about helping people of all ages with all of their healthcare needs.

In her free time, Rachele enjoys all there is to experience in the beautiful Colorado outdoors.

Charlene Borja, DO

Since 2006, Dr. Borja has worked in various healthcare environments from academic to traditional to rural medicine all of which have fueled her passion to serve humanity. At OnPoint Medical Group, Columbine Family Practice, she is humbled to be working alongside a compassionate and talented team of healthcare innovators, and grateful for the continued opportunity to provide quality care. Originally from New York, Charlene moved to Denver to live, play and practice medicine amongst the breathtaking landscape of Colorado.

Dr. Borja earned her medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Maine. She completed her residency at Rose Medical Center in Denver CO and is a board-certified family medicine physician.
