Jack Rentz, MD

Jack Rentz, MD, is passionate about helping his patients optimize their lives. Board-certified in anesthesia and pain medicine, Dr. Rentz incorporates regenerative medicine and wellness by looking at the whole patient. This includes optimizing hormones, testing for food sensitivities and micronutrient deficiencies along with restoring function through injections.

After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia, he attended the Medical School of Georgia where he received his doctorate. Dr. Rentz then moved to New Orleans where he completed his residency in anesthesiology at Ochsner Hospital. There he was honored to serve as chief resident before receiving a fellowship at the prestigious Pain Medicine Center at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX

Dr. Rentz is excited about serving his patients at his practice, Denver Diagnostic Pain, where his goal is to provide the highest level of care to those who entrust him with their health. Michelle Saleeby, PA

I am a board certified PA by the NCCPA. I attended the University of South Carolina for my Bachelor’s in Science in Biology, then went on to the Medical University of South Carolina for my Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies.

I worked in orthopedic surgery for 2.5 years prior to moving to Denver, CO, where I am now practicing Pain Management with Denver Diagnostic Pain.

In my spare time I enjoy hiking and trying new restaurants.
