Dr. Burgess graduated from the University of Minnesota ObGyn program. She grew up in the foothills of Colorado and attended the University of Colorado-Boulder with a degree in Germanic studies. After CU-Boulder, Dr. Burgess decided upon the field of women””s health care and has taken an active leadership role in reproductive rights.
Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Louis University. She went on to her Master of Science in Nursing, Women’s Health, with the University of Cincinnati. She is experienced in acute care labor and delivery and was most recently from North Suburban Medical Center. She advocates for safe and healthy pregnancies and childbirth for every mother. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, running, and traveling.
Emily””s philosophy of wellness is integrated into her patient care as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She believes the patient/provider relationship is best developed when working together to achieve optimal health and wellness. Emily received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, where she graduated with Honors, Summa Cum Laude. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., and has since worked in primary care and urgent care. She is a longtime resident of Colorado and lives Firestone with her husband and children.
