After working in the hospital for many years including specialization in critical care, she followed her passion and decided to pursue an opportunity at an Integrative Wellness Center focused on lifestyle management. She is a past sponsored endurance athlete and health enthusiast, and, as such, optimization of her own health and quality of life has always been of upmost importance. In order to learn more, Tina spent time in Los Angeles, the epicenter of health optimization, biohacking, and medicine, to gain in-depth information and experience in techniques regarding health optimization, IV therapy, genetics, anti-aging, and hormone therapy. She was excited to return to Colorado with this knowledge and is passionate about optimizing clients health, lifestyle management, sports performance, exercise and diet management, anti-aging, hormone therapy, and evaluating root cause of symptoms.
Emily is a Board Certified Holistic Registered Nurse with active certification by the American Holistic Nursing Credentialing Corporation. She spent several years working in labor and delivery and mother-baby before pursuing her passion in integrative medicine. Her areas of special interest include functional medicine, anti-aging, and health optimization. She believes it is imperative to understand the root cause of issues as they are the foundation of achieving well being. Emily is originally from Long Island, NY and enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, barre, yoga, and new experiences.
