The medical career of Ahmed Assif, MD, brings together an extensive knowledge base in anatomy, anesthesia, and molecular biology research, which he shares with his patients every day as medical doctor and director at Ô de Rose Med Spa in Tustin, California. Dr. Assif is board-certified in critical care medicine, anesthesiology and aesthetic medicine. Although his resume is impressive, to his patients it’s his mastery in performing gentle, painless aesthetic procedures that have earned him the nickname of “The Beauty Artist.”
In addition to his clinical work, he’s also interested in molecular biology research. While at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, and Harvard Medical School, he discovered numerous innovations in the field of in situ hybridization.
He started his clinical education at SUNY Downtown Medical Center in New York, where he studied surgery and anesthesiology, and also completed a critical care medicine fellowship. After moving to California, he served as board member of the Anesthesia Medical Group of Riverside, and the medical director of EMCARE — a noted industry leader for outsourced physician services.
His interest in medical aesthetics and wellness grew when his wife Nada — a medical aesthetician — opened an aesthetics school. Today the two of them work side by side at Ô de Rose Med Spa, offering their patients a vast treatment menu of non-surgical options to rejuvenate their appearance and look and feel better from head to toe.
