Dr. Phillips graduated at the top of her class in high school and went on to major in Physiological Sciences from UCLA, graduating with honors in 1993. While at UCLA, she conducted neuromuscular research and co-authored published studies as part of the UCLA Brain Research Institute. In 1997, Dr. Phillips received her M.D. degree from the prestigious USC, Keck School of Medicine. She then completed rigorous academic and clinical training during her family medicine residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center in 2000. Since residency, she has worked at Kaiser Permanente, County of Riverside Public Health Department, and private practice settings.
Over the years, Dr. Phillips has pursued and achieved a subspecialization in cosmetic dermatology as well as, regenerative medicine by completing substantial trainings and additional certifications. Tiffany completed her PA program at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she also obtained a Master””s degree in Public Health.
Tiffany has 9 years of clinical experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology therefore, her strong background in women””s health provides a support for our feminine rejuvenation treatments. She derives great joy from restoring our female patients to optimal health and comfort and works closely with our highly skilled physicians to ensure the greatest success for our patients.

After the Army, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from University of California at Irvine and completed the Physician Assistant Program at Western University of Health Sciences in 1998.
