Summer Tilgner is a Board Certified Doctor of Nursing Practice. Summer owns Innovative Health Care and is the co-owner of Havasu’s newest state –of-the-art facility, Innovative Health and Wellness Center. Summer treats both Rheumatologic and Orthopedic problems such as: Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Gout, Fibromyalgia, Vitamin Deficiency, and Gluten Intolerance.

Summer has a special interest in Osteoporosis and recently completed a study on Vitamin D deficiency and its relation to Osteoporosis. With a bone density machine on site, she is able to offer patients continuity of care and enjoys teaching. She offers conservative treatment options for arthritis, such as medications, diet changes, physical therapy, corticosteroid and viscosupplement injections.

She has also recently started offering amniotic membrane therapy for knee pain. She prides herself in caring for her patients and proving education as needed when a new diagnosis is achieved.
